Instructions
STEP 1
Blanch the duck meat.

STEP 2
Add oil and ginger slices.

STEP 3
Stir-fry.

STEP 4
Add garlic slices.

STEP 5
Stir.

STEP 6
Stir-fry until fragrant, add star anise and bay leaves.

STEP 7
Add one tablespoon of soy sauce.

STEP 8
Then add one tablespoon of dark soy sauce.

STEP 9
Stir-fry until evenly colored.

STEP 10
Add one bottle of beer.

STEP 11
Bring to a boil on high heat then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 35 minutes.
Stir-fry twice in the middle depending on your gas stove.

Add red and green peppers just before serving.
