Instructions
Steam the noodles in a pot for ten minutes.
Buy thinner ones.

While steaming the noodles, start preparing other ingredients, crush the garlic and cut into large pieces.
Prepare more as you need to add them to the wok in two batches.

2 slices of ginger, 1 star anise.

Add a large spoon of lard to the wok, after the oil is hot, add the ginger, star anise, and pork slices to the wok and stir-fry.

After all the pork slices change color, add the flat beans, then add half of the garlic pieces.

Add a large spoon of light soy sauce, continue stir-frying for 6-7 minutes.
You can pick out the ginger and star anise.

Add water.
The water level should be even with the flat beans.

Take out the steamed noodles and spread them evenly over the flat beans, cover the pot, medium heat for 6-7 minutes.
Don't press down, just spread them loosely.

Pour dark soy sauce while stirring the noodles evenly.
You can open the lid when there's only a thin layer of water left.

Taste the flavor.
If it's not salty enough, you can add more salt.

Continue reducing the sauce, continue stirring the noodles. Add the remaining garlic before serving.
Until all the sauce is dried up.

Drizzle a large spoon of sesame oil, stir-fry evenly again and it's ready to serve.
