Instructions

STEP 1

Cut pork belly into small pieces and wash clean, blanch in water, remove and drain and set aside.

Pour oil in the pan, add brown sugar, stir-fry until sticky then add pork belly and stir-fry to color, then pour in cooking wine and continue stir-frying for 10-15 seconds.

Cut ginger slices and green onion leaves and set aside.

Add water, sugar, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce to the pan. After boiling, add radish.

After adding radish and bringing to a boil, add ginger slices and green onion leaves.

Simmer on medium-low heat for half an hour, open lid and reduce sauce on high heat then serve.
