
Chicken Breast with Button Mushrooms

Tender marinated chicken breast pieces stir-fried with fresh button mushrooms in a savory sauce of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. A simple, healthy Chinese home-style repice with juicy chicken and earthy button mushrooms.

Wash the Button Mushrooms and slice them, set aside.
Cut the Chicken Breast into thick slices, add 1 tablespoon Cooking Wine, 1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce, a little Salt, a little Crushed Black Pepper, and 1 tablespoon Starch. Mix well by hand and marinate for 10 minutes.
Brush oil in the pan, pan-fry the marinated Chicken Breast until cooked and remove from pan.
Leave oil in the pan, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add Button Mushrooms and stir-fry until soft, then add the Chicken Breast back and stir-fry evenly.
Add 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce, and Crushed Black Pepper. Stir-fry evenly and serve.
