Prepare the ingredients, beat the eggs, wash the bean sprouts and green vegetables, slice the ham sausage, and cook the noodles then rinse with cold water.
Don't cook too long until they become mushy, you can test with your finger.

Add oil and stir-fry the green onions until fragrant.

Pour in the beaten eggs and wait a moment.

Stir-fry the eggs.

Set aside for later use.

Add oil, high heat, stir-fry the ham sausage. Let the ham sausage pan-fry for a while.

Add bean sprouts. Stir-fry until slightly soft.

Add green vegetables.

Stir-fry until soft.

Add the noodles, at this point don't use a spatula, use chopsticks. Add one and a half tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a little pepper powder. Low heat.

Start mixing evenly with chopsticks.

Then add black bean chili sauce, four tablespoons, two tablespoons of black bean sauce, two tablespoons of chili oil. Continue mixing.

Finally add the eggs, a little chicken bouillon.

Stir-fry evenly and taste, you can add an appropriate amount of salt.
