Ingredients

Okra
about 20 pieces
Light Soy Sauce
2-3 spoons
Vinegar
1 spoon
Oyster Sauce
1 spoon
Sesame Oil
1 spoon
Sugar
1 spoon
Garlic
3-5 cloves
Salt
as needed
Green Mustard Paste (optional)
as needed

Instructions

STEP 1

Wash the okra and blanch in boiling water for about 2 minutes.

Add one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of oil to the boiling water, this keeps the okra bright green and vibrant.

Remove, cut off the okra stem, or cut into your preferred shape and arrange on a plate.

Mince garlic and put in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of black vinegar, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, one tablespoon of sesame oil, one tablespoon of white sugar, one section of green mustard paste, salt can be omitted, if you like salty food add appropriate amount.

Or a few drops of mustard oil or omit entirely. Mix well and pour over the okra.
