Wash the bought spinach and blanch in water.

After blanching, cool the spinach, squeeze dry, cut a few times and put in a bowl for later use.

Add minced garlic, dried chili pieces, and appropriate amount of white sesame to a bowl.

Heat some hot oil to make it fragrant, then add one tablespoon of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of aged vinegar, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, white sugar as appropriate, plus a few drops of sesame oil and mix well.

Pour the prepared sauce into the bowl, mix evenly, then add some fried peanut kernels.
