Instructions
STEP 1
Heat the wok, pour in oil, cut the tofu into small pieces, pan-fry over low heat until both sides are slightly yellow, remove for later use.

STEP 2
Stir-fry the pork belly to render the fat, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chili, and oyster sauce, stir-fry for a moment.

STEP 3
Add the tofu and stir-fry a few times.

STEP 4
Add appropriate amount of clean water, add salt and simmer for 5 minutes.

STEP 5
Add garlic leaves and stir-fry evenly, then it's ready to serve.
