Cut cucumber into strips, add appropriate amount of salt to marinate and release water, pour out the water.

Soak jellyfish for several days, ensure it's not salty anymore, cut into strips.
Change water daily.

Mince garlic.
Can omit if you don't like it.

Put cucumber strips, jellyfish strips, minced garlic together in a bowl, add appropriate amount of seasoning sauce.

Mix well then serve, the taste is refreshing and delicious.
You can add extra aged vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil etc. according to personal taste.
