Asparagus
350g
Large Shrimp

Green Onion
1 small section
Ginger
3 slices
Starch

Cooking Wine
1 spoon
Light Soy Sauce
1 large spoon
Oil

Instructions

STEP 1

Cut the peeled shrimp into segments, marinate with cooking wine, a little salt and a little starch.

Process asparagus, wash the asparagus clean, peel off the hard skin from the lower half.

Cut asparagus diagonally, rolling cut, into long strips and set aside.

Blanch asparagus: when water in the pan boils, add a little salt and oil, add asparagus and blanch for about half a minute until done.

Heat oil in the pan, add green onions and ginger to stir-fry, after green onions and ginger are fragrant, add the marinated shrimp segments and stir-fry.
