Cut the peeled shrimp into segments, marinate with cooking wine, a little salt and a little starch.

Process asparagus, wash the asparagus clean, peel off the hard skin from the lower half.

Cut asparagus diagonally, rolling cut, into long strips and set aside.

Blanch asparagus: when water in the pan boils, add a little salt and oil, add asparagus and blanch for about half a minute until done.

Heat oil in the pan, add green onions and ginger to stir-fry, after green onions and ginger are fragrant, add the marinated shrimp segments and stir-fry.

After shrimp is half cooked, add light soy sauce and continue stir-frying for flavor.

Pour in the blanched asparagus, and add a little salt according to personal taste, continue stir-frying for a moment then serve.
