Cucumber

Soy Sauce

Vinegar

Instructions

STEP 1

Wash the cucumber and cut off the ends.

Smash the cucumber with the back of a knife and cut into small pieces.

Put in a bowl.

Add one tablespoon of salt.

Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
