Instructions
STEP 1
Wash the cucumber and cut off the ends.

STEP 2
Smash the cucumber with the back of a knife and cut into small pieces.

STEP 3
Put in a bowl.

STEP 4
Add one tablespoon of salt.

STEP 5
Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

STEP 6
Drain the water.

STEP 7
Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, one tablespoon of chili oil or one tablespoon of chili sauce, half a tablespoon of sugar.

Then add chili and minced garlic.

STEP 9
Mix well and serve.
