Wash the napa cabbage, tear or cut into sections for later use.

Chop the chili pepper and garlic for later use.

Prepare a bowl of sauce: 4 spoons of vinegar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of water, less than half a spoon of salt, a little white sugar, a little starch, mix well for later use.

Heat the wok and oil, add the chili pepper and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the napa cabbage and stir-fry over high heat until slightly yellow and soft.

Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry over high heat until the flavor is absorbed and the sauce is reduced, then it's ready to serve.

- If you like it very sour or very spicy, you can add more vinegar and chili.
