Blanch the spinach, then rinse with cold water, chop finely for later use. Cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the lean pork into small pieces.

Mix the starch with water to dissolve.

Heat the wok and add water, put in the diced tofu and cook for 2 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt for seasoning.

After adding the starch slurry and bringing to a boil, add the diced meat and diced ham, cook for 1 minute.

Then add the chopped spinach and stir well, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
