Broccoli
500g
Carrot
a small piece
Black Fungus

Salt
as needed
Starch
as needed
Ginger
as needed

Chicken Bouillon
as needed
Instructions
STEP 1
Slice the carrot.

STEP 2
Cut broccoli into small pieces.

STEP 3
Add one tablespoon of salt and starch to a bowl, wash the broccoli clean.

STEP 4
Pour water into the pan, add a little salt and oil.

STEP 5
Add broccoli, carrot and black fungus to the pan, blanch then remove and set aside.

STEP 6
Heat the pan and pour oil, add minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

STEP 7
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for a while.

STEP 8
Add salt and chicken bouillon, stir-fry evenly then serve.
