Instructions
STEP 1
Cut celery into segments, cut dried tofu into strips.

STEP 2
Side ingredients: green onions, ginger, garlic, dried chili.

STEP 3
Heat oil in pan, stir-fry green onions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, first add celery and stir-fry, then add dried tofu, stir-fry until vegetables are cooked through, add salt and monosodium glutamate for seasoning then serve.
