Put 1 and a half tablespoons of sesame paste in a bowl, add warm water or hot water little by little to dilute.

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 and a half tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, one tablespoon of aged vinegar, 1/3 tablespoon of sugar to the prepared sesame paste bowl, mix well.

Cut green onions, cilantro, and chili into segments, mince garlic and put in a plate for later use.
If you have cooked peanuts (crushed), chili flakes, white sesame at home, you can add them in appropriate amounts.

Add water to the pan, bring to a boil, add alkaline noodles, you can add a little salt when cooking noodles, cook for 1-2 minutes, after cooking, filter out the water and remove the noodles.
Firm for one minute, soft for 2 minutes, medium firmness for 1 and a half minutes.
Put the prepared ingredients on the cooked noodles. Heat oil in a hot pan, when ready, pour over the ingredients. Then pour the prepared sauce all at once and mix well.

- This recipe makes one serving. For two servings, multiply the ingredients by 2, and so on.
